Was your Will signed and witnessed correctly under the law of England and Wales?
Has anything happened since that could affect it, such as marriage, which can revoke an earlier Will, or divorce, which affects gifts and roles given to an ex-spouse?
Are your executors, guardians and beneficiaries still who you'd choose today, and are they still living?
Does it still reflect your current assets, property and overall estate value?
Does it still say what you actually want to happen?

Complete the questionnaire and send it back along with clear photos or a scan of your existing Will, every page, including where it was signed and witnessed. Your review is booked once we receive both.

A written summary within 5–7 working days, with a plain recommendation on what, if anything, to do next.
If you instruct us within 30 days of receiving your review, your fee is deducted from a rewrite or amendment.
Sending your Will: you don't need to post your original. Clear photos or a scan of every page, using a scanning app such as Genius Scan or Adobe Scan works well, is all we need. Please keep your original safe at home until your review is complete.
